Move, learn, and practice together.

We’ve found yoga to be the perfect way to put ourselves back together again (and again and again).

A Place to Move, Connect, and Come Home to Yourself

Movement has a way of bringing us back—to our bodies, our breath, and the parts of ourselves that can get lost in the busyness of everyday life.

Whether you’re here to build strength, find stillness, try something new or simply take an hour for yourself, there’s space for all of it here.

This studio is about so much more than what happens on the mat. It’s the energy we create together and the feeling of belonging to something. It’s a place to move, connect and be part of a community.

We believe movement can be both grounding and empowering. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are while giving you space to grow—physically, mentally and in your own time.

Our community is made stronger by the different people, stories, experiences, and abilities within it. We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone feels seen, supported, and comfortable being themselves.

If cost is keeping you from practicing with us, please reach out. We’ll always do our best to help make movement and community more accessible.

We can’t wait to welcome you in.

A Note from Beatrice

My connection to this studio goes back more than a decade. I’ve taught here, practiced here, built friendships here and watched so many people walk through these doors and become part of this community.

Taking ownership of the studio wasn’t something I had planned, but when the opportunity came along, it felt like one I couldn’t pass up.

Simply Beaing began with my skincare studio located right here within these walls. Expanding into yoga feels like a natural extension of what Simply Beaing has always been about — taking care of yourself, feeling good in your own skin and creating a little more space for yourself in everyday life.

My vision for Simply Beaing Yoga is to honor what has always made this space special while bringing in some new energy along the way. More ways to move, more opportunities to connect and more reasons to make this a place you look forward to coming to.

I believe movement can be powerful, grounding, challenging and fun and that a studio can be so much more than a place you come for a class.

I’m incredibly excited for this next chapter and even more excited to share it with all of you.
